We encourage our customers to work with our knowledgable cheesemongers and taste cheeses before purchasing to find the perfect match for your palate.  Our pairing and pantry items are carefully sourced and come from small batch producers and are hand crafted with the highest quality of local ingredients. Our mission is to create a space that brings neighbors and strangers together to celebrate the beauty of cheese.
